The ICAgile accreditation process is rigorous - it demands not just solid content, but proven learning methodologies and measurable outcomes. As I developed the curriculum, I made a strategic design decision that would prove invaluable: modular architecture.
 

Instead of creating a monolithic course, I built each section as a standalone, reusable workshop. This wasn't just about meeting ICAgile standards - it was about creating something that could adapt and scale beyond the initial certification requirement.

The Modular Design Approach

  • Standalone workshops that could work independently or as part of a larger program

  • Flexible delivery options: 2-hour sessions, half-day workshops, or multi-week cohorts
